Why is design an important part of revitalizing communities?
Design, when implemented with community feedback and support, is an important part of revitalization because it provides an opportunity to shape a neighborhood in a way that meets the needs, and incorporates the context, of a specific community.
What has been most surprising, rewarding, or fun about your Collaborative experience?
The most rewarding parts of working with the CDC was getting to collaborate with people with a such a wide range of skills and experiences.
What do you love most about Philadelphia?
I love that as a large city, Philadelphia maintains such distinct neighborhood personalities.
Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?
I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with the Collaborative and the Bartram Village community.
