Spring Gardens wants to welcome residents and students at a nearby elementary school into its community garden. To accomplish this, our conceptual plan replaces thorny perimeter plantings with native shrubs and flowers and enhances the existing common area with a pavilion and prep kitchen, a trellis with seating, accessible planting beds, and a lookout perch with Center City skyline views.
