New Freedom Theater, Inc.

A theater arts program in a historic mansion on North Broad Street needs a strategy to consolidate operations and redevelop part of its facilities as revenue-generating housing. Reorganizing teaching, meeting, and theater support space doubles the square footage available for housing. A separate, accessible entrance for residents can be added in the existing courtyard.
