Taney Youth Baseball Association is a co-ed baseball program serving 500 children in Philadelphia. The association uses five public playgrounds for practices and games, including Sacks Recreation Center. Taney sought a conceptual master plan for the revitalization of the recreation center - with improvements that will make Sacks a vital center for the community year-round and space for both Taney's baseball program and an active soccer league.
