Northern Home provides a safe haven for children and a safety net for
children and families facing extraordinary challenges. The social
services provider wants to convert Merrick Hall, an unoccupied historic
building on its campus, into an on-site childcare facility. The
Collaborative's feasibility study determined that the building could be
adapted to this new use and serve 100 children.
