Maureen Tate, Vice President of Cedar Park Neighbors Community Association and Collaborative volunteers Dan Garofalo and Laura Raymond conduct a tour of the recently-renovated Cedar Park and explain how preliminary design services and other technical assistance helped turn this West Philadelphia park around.
