The Community Design Collaborative offers
the following preliminary design services:
- building surveys
- site evaluations
- assessments of structural, mechanical, and electrical
systems
- opinions of probable cost
- analyses of space needs
- programming and space planning
- conceptual design
- assistance writing requests for proposals
- renderings
Each service grant is unique, offering a set of preliminary design services tailored to the specific needs of your organization. The services are provided by a team of volunteer design professionals that may include architects, landscape architects, preservationists,
interior designers, urban planners, engineers, or cost estimators.
The products provided through the the Collaborative ar limited to conceptual design and cannot be used for construction or permitting purposes.
