A skilled nonprofit manager, Beth
developed her expertise in public policy, community development,
and historic preservation through positions with Fairmount
Ventures, the National Trust for Historic Preservation,
and Resource Management Plus.
Beth holds a Master's in Government Administration from
the Fels School of Government of the University of Pennsylvania
and a BA from Bryn Mawr College.

Linda Dottor, AICP, Program Manager
|

Linda is an urban planner with over fifteen
years of experience. Previously, she was a community planner with
the Philadelphia City Planning Commission and the Regional Plan
Association. A long-time volunteer with the Collaborative, Linda is
currently Board President of the Neighborhood Gardens Association, a
nonprofit land trust. Linda earned a Master of City and
Regional Planning degree from Rutgers University and a BS Architecture from the University of Virginia.

Heidi Segall Levy, AIA, Project Manager
|

Heidi is a registered architect with
twenty years of design and project management experience.
Before joining the Collaborative staff, she was a senior project architect with Wallace Roberts
& Todd, Kling, and SOM. Currently, she is an active volunteer with J. R. Masterman School and Temple Beth Zion
Beth Israel. Heidi earned a Master of Architecture degree
from Syracuse University and a BA from Brandeis University.

Carryn Maslowski, Program Associate

Carryn has spent ten years contributing to
the improvement of public spaces, the built environment, and quality
of life issues through a wide range of roles within community-based
organizations and progressive non-profits. Having earned
a Master of Urban Planning from Wayne State University in Detroit,
Michigan and a BFA from the same institution, Carryn sold her car in
2003 to move to Philadelphia and now proudly supports a public
transportation lifestyle.

Emily Stromberg, Assoc. AIA, Design Fellow

Emily has over five years of professional experience, working for architecture firms
in Florida, Virginia, and Tennessee. She currently serves on the
Building Committee at the Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial and is a
mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Emily earned a Master of
Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and
a BS Architecture from the University of
Virginia.
