- facade improvement consultations
- opinions of probably cost
- existing conditions documentation
- existing building systems assessments
- preliminary code review
- historic assessments
- sustainability strategies
- assistance with requests for proposals
The Collaborative's service grants offer a package of preliminary design services tailored to the specific needs of each nonprofit. On average, our grants provide $10,000 in
preliminary design services.
